Boy, this picture takes me back all the way to April 2011. We took a trip to Williamsburg, VA, then headed down through Norfolk, VA to my uncles place in Moyock, NC.
We had spent a couple of days in Williamsburg, VA having a good time seeing museums and the history they have to offer. We really had a good time!
On our way to my uncles in Moyock, NC, we stopped by Norfolk, VA and spent some of the day at the Norfolk Zoo.
We walked around the zoo and saw many neat things from giraffes to monkeys and all sorts of other animals. We came upon this open cage in the butterfly garden that was meant to be a photo op for families coming through. We thought it was so funny!
The kids were quick to oblige us with necessary animal noises and caged animal faces. Everyone got a kick out of the pick.
