I go by KfrogB and love to craft, design, and sometimes "believe as many as six impossible things before breakfast" to quote the great Lewis Carroll.

 I have been married for 20 years to the same patient husband. We have 3 children, 1 silly dog, and a few fish if I haven't killed them yet. My childhood  home is in the mountains of Western North Carolina, however, we have lived in the southern portion of North Carolina for about 17 years. Several years from now we will move eventually to northern South Carolina.

​

I feel that I am a renaissance woman. I cook, garden, craft, sew, aspire to design, and decorate when I have time. I enjoy all things design and occasionally geek out over silly things like packaging, design layout, and color palettes. One of my passions is fabric designing. I have an entire library to browse. I also like amateur photography!

​

Decorating and Gardening: These are a little daunting for me, but I really love to explore what I can do with decorating and gardening. One of the upcoming projects I'll be detailing in this blog is the ongoing project of clearing, developing, and building on some property we bought in October 2016. It is truly a blank canvas that my husband and I can paint our future on.

​

Crafting and Sewing: I'm a maker. That's what I do....make things. Mostly things made out of fabric like quilts and skirts, but have known to crochet a yarn or two every now and then. One of the crafts that I aspire to learn in the future is jewelry making.

​

Photography: This seems to run in my family and seems to be one of my building blocks. I love seeing things in a way I'm not used to seeing them. I love to capture people, objects, and moments.
